DESCRIPTION
This listing is for a Austin Western Road Grader. It is believed to be a model PH99 from aprox. 1960's. It has (again We believe) a 671 Detroit engine. We know it's a Detroit and it has a blower not a turbo. The blade has a few small chips but the hydraulics work good, one of the hydraulic units must be leaking some because there is some fluid above the blade. the ripper goes down. We used this grader to clear a few roads and it worked great.
