Hobart VCM-25 is a heavy duty Cutter/Mixer ideal for the production of a variety of products in the food service industry. The powerful motor works at 1750 and 3500 RPMs ( 2 Speeds). 40 Quarts capacity (S blade included). Tested and running properly. 208/220 VOLTS 3 PHASE. It was thoroughly cleaned and tested and works very well ideal for sauces hummus, falafel, sausage, pizza, dough, garlic, coleslaw the use is endless it is the one machine designed with the commercial kitchen in mind very small foot print very easy to clean the bowl tilts 90 degrees to unload products. It has 2 casters for easy maneuvering around the kitchen. Some foods will be processed using different accessories. This unit arrives with the original cutting blades only, as pictured (professionally sharpened)
